FAQ – Frequently asked questions about membership

1. How much does membership cost?+
Membership is €10 a month, whether you become an active or a supporting member. If you'd like, you can also support Nuvarah with a higher amount of your choice.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. You can cancel at any time with one month's notice. That way you stay flexible if your time or personal circumstances change.
3. What is the difference between active and supportive?+
As an active member, you help plan, decide and shape what we do. As a supporting member, you back our work financially and help make projects for children and families possible.
4. Can I switch – from supporting to active (or the other way round)?+
Yes, that's generally possible. Just send us a short message and we'll sort out the change together with you.
5. How long until my membership starts?+
Once we've received your application, we'll review it and get back to you. Your membership usually starts within a few days, after a quick review.
